Der Schinkel Pavillon sucht neue/n Managing Director für die Durchführung des künstlerischen Programms, die Budgetverwaltung- und Geschäftsführung, sowie die Teamführung.

Ausschreibung:
Der Schinkel Pavillon bildet seit mehr als einem Jahrzehnt unter der Leitung von Nina Pohl einen einzigartigen Raum für zeitgenössische Kunst und präsentiert in dem dem denkmalgeschützten Architekturkleinod im Zentrum Berlins ein innovatives Ausstellungsprogramm von internationaler Strahlkraft. ...

Um den Anforderungen einer wachsenden und lebhaften Institution von internationaler Größe gerecht zu werden und diese weiter in der Berliner Kulturlandschaft zu stärken, möchte der Schinkel Pavillon die Position der/s Managing Director neu besetzen. Die Hauptverantwortung der/s Managing Director liegt in der Durchführung des künstlerischen Programms, der Budgetverwaltung- und Geschäftsführung, sowie der Teamführung.

In order to meet the demands of an expanding and agile institution, defined by its boldness and innovative ideas, the Board is looking to fill the position of the Managing Director, who shall build and lead the team to create and shape a new chapter. For the position of the Managing Director the Board is seeking an inspirational and experienced executive leader, with excellent organisational skills and the vision and energy to lead Schinkel Pavillon in its next stage of development. The Managing Director’s primary responsibility is the general management of the institution as well as the execution of the artistic programme and budget management, administration and team leadership.
