(jen-npo.org/)"

-------- ENGLISH VERSION ----------

Since the devastating earthquake of 11th March, hundreds of thousands of people in Japan have been living in dreadful conditions. There is a paramount need for aid – from over here as well – to ease the suffering of the Japanese people, especially of children and the elderly.

We are delighted, therefore, to be able to host a charity performance on Saturday, 2nd April 2011, to which you are warmly invited.
The event has been initiated by Japanese artists in Berlin and its aim is to support especially children in those areas affected by the quake.

Masayoshi Fujita, spencer, agraph, Akemi Nagao and Takeshi Nishimoto will be appearing without fees in Künstlerhaus Bethanien and the performance will be free of charge.
Instead, the audience will be asked to make a donation for the victims of the earthquake. All donations will be sent to the charitable organisation NPO JEN in Japan, which arranges direct aid to the smaller towns and villages hit by the earthquake; places which are otherwise difficult to reach for material aid and helpers. In addition, NPO JEN provides on-the-spot psychological help for the traumatised.(jen-npo.org/)

We look forward to seeing you at the event and thank you in advance for your donations!
Please pass on this invitation to your friends and colleagues.
